      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Las Vegas, NV) in Apr 2012

      Interview

it started with a phone interview, then called back the next day for a one on one interview. which took 2 weeks .. had an interview with supervisor and unit manager( who sat in a corner and didn't say anything) at the face 2 face had 2 interviews with 2 different sups. was called the next day offered a position, but had to submit a criminal background, credit, employment, and transcript check.. which took another 2 weeks.. rather than a phone call, i received an email "onboarding"- saying i was hired and had to fill out more paper work. the whole process took 1 month.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capital One (Las Vegas, NV) in May 2017

      Interview

The hiring process was pretty simple and the moved pretty fast. The whole hiring process took about three weeks. 1. Applied for position on career site 2. received email three days later to complete assessment 3. Invited to do virtual video interview ( which i though i did really bad because it was kind of awkward speaking to my computer) but i guess it wasn't that bad bc i received call from recruiter about two days later. She went over job description, asked some general questions about why i chose to work for capital one and also over a little of my work history. 4. In person interview with Unit Manager- the interview was very easy and breeze. The manager was very down to earth and we spent most of the time just conversing about the company. He asked about four behavioral questions and at the end asked me if i had any questions. ***TIPS** Be prepared for unperson interview, Know history about capital one be prepared with the behavioral question with detailed examples. Also at the end of interview be sure to have a view questions to ask to show interest in company and position. Always smile and take your time when answering questions. More detail the better.
