Interview
The interview was short and sweet..they did not ask too many questions. The questions they did ask were very odd. Interview was short and very informal. I wore jeans and a nice shirt, nothing special. The boss would have still hired me if I wore sweatpants.

Quick and easy. General manager was a very nice, polite, outgoing woman. She offered me a job on the spot and was clear about expectations and needs of the company
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Caribou Coffee
Interview
Very easy and straightforward interview process. Felt like it was just a formality. Just talked about strengths and weaknesses. Got to meet employees and get a feel for the location before accepting.
I interviewed at Caribou Coffee (Saint Louis Park, MN)
Interview
Straight forward. Not stressful. Looking for people with a strong work ethic. The interviewer was friendly. They're open to training people without much experience as a barista. They generally want to know that you have a good work ethic and have schedule availability that meets their needs.
