The ~2 hour interview began as a formal introduction to the personnel of the clinical diagnostics laboratory. Technical as well as non-technical questions were asked such as specifics of a diagnostic testing procedure and interpersonal communications for team building, respectively. The formal introduction to the lab members was followed by a tour of the labs and observing personnel performing diagnostic tests. The last 35 minutes was a formal meeting with the upper level management team with questions.
