Weeks after I applied for the AD position I received an email requesting times I would be free to discuss the role. I followed up that day and then midway through the next week followed up to ask if they would still like to meet that week. No responde.
Months later I heard from them about the FSM role. Again I responded immediately only to wait for a last minute phone call request. They seemed annoyed and disengaged from the conversation and asked very standard questions with no follow up or conversation. It did not leave a good impression about the organization.
