Centura College interview questions

Open interview format with an extensive application to fill out prior to meeting. Salary requirement and how would you work with a diverse student body questions. Very brief interview meeting.

Interviewed back to back with two managers, and then gave a classroom lesson to a group of managers and teachers. The interviews with the managers took about 2 hours, and covered not only my direct, professional credentials, but also included our military experiences; we are all veterans. The classroom delivery and Q&A took about an hour. The process was useful to everyone, because I got to meet much of the staff, and they got to see me in action.
