Century First Credit Solutions interview questions

Century First Credit Solutions advertises on Craigslist. I responded to an advertisement that stated that there was a salary, commission, bonuses, and residuals. I received a call from Century First Credit Solutions and we discussed my resume. We scheduled an interview for the morning two days later. From the advertisement, I had the impression that this company was a legitimate company that was looking for people who can perform the functions of a debt consultant and be compensated for hard work. When I arrived at the address of the company, I found out that the office was a micro office. I did not have a problem with that. During the interview, I was informed about Century First Credit Solutions. I felt that this company would allow me to provide a service that people in debt needed. I believed that Century First Credit Solutions was a company that had integrity. I was told that the base salary was $20 per hour and commission was paid in addition. I thought this was a good compensation. He explained that workers would be paid based on the dialer time. I had the impression that I would receive $20 per hour for all of the time that I was on the phone. Paychecks are received every Friday. I was told about the commission structure. Also, I was allowed to choose the hours that I wanted to work. I had a good feeling after I decided to accept a position at Century First Credit Solutions. I thought that this company would not restrict my earning potential. On my first day of work, I received the paperwork to fill out. I received the Century First Credit Solutions Manual. I filled out a W-9 form which classified me as a 1099 worker, independent contractor. I did not fill out a W-4 form. When I began to work and received my first paycheck that week, I discovered that there was no real hourly wage. I received pay for my talk time on the phone. Even though I worked for 40 hours, I was paid for 10 hours of talk time. I considered this low payment to equal $5.00 per hour. I had not opened an account during the first week and I did not receive commission at that time. I was allowed to work my chosen schedule for two weeks, and then I received standard hours including the lunch hour that all workers have to follow. As a 1099 worker, there is supposed to be more flexibility. The current advertisements for Century First Credit Solutions do not include salary.
