Initial communication - On campus, followup via email. Interview scheduled for 2 weeks later. Overall experience good. Friendly people. However, interviews were disorganized with changes to the interviewers on the fly and interviewers did not seem to know the details of their role in the process (several asked similar questions). The office - a major office complex in Columbus and one of the largest office buildings in the company (I was told they borrowed the internal layout from the Pentagon) felt closed and dated, no windows, rows of cubicles.
