Interview process is much less about experience and more about personality. Show up prepared to learn and focused and positive with good energy. The interviewers are nice and just want to hear you speak and explain things.

Question 1
Talk about a time when someone disagreed with your methods of doing things.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at ChemPoint (Bellevue, WA) in Apr 2012
Interview
After applying online through my college listserv I received an email inviting me to do a phone interview with a manager at the company. The phone interview was about 20 minutes and consisted of the usual behavioral-based interview questions. The manager then asked what I was expecting for a salary for the position and what path I would like to take in the company. After that I was invited by the manager and HR via email to come in for an in-person interview which would last up to three hours. There were a series of brief interviews with several managers from each department (usually 2-3 people at once) and each one asked similar questions to the phone interview ("describe a time when..." etc.). I got the vibe that they were really looking for someone upbeat and with a lot of energy.
I was then told that they would all convene and make a decision within the week. I heard back within 48 hours with an offer and they let me know that they were conducting an extensive background check (hire was dependent upon passing this). They called every one of my previous employers and references so make sure you are as accurate as possible!
