The process was a 5-step process: an initial screening interview with HR, followed by a Hiring Manager interview, a Case Study presentation, a meet-the-team round, and a final Partners interview. Overall it was well-structured and professionally managed.

Applied online, received an email from internal recruitment/HR to book a meeting for a 30 minute interview with the founder.
Interview style was relaxed, direct and transparent, which I appreciated.
However, I never heard back after the interview.
Obviously I was unsuccessful, but if a candidate has taken the time to interview, the least you can do is follow-up with your decision.

Initial screening from founder so talked about motivations, experience etc.
Their process just to network and increase their database, and is simply to get you on their system with a profile through a job advert and application. It is a waste of time, integrity and energy. They also ask you to reach out and connect with them but here they do not respond to correspondence. Its a waste of time.
