I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Chipotle (Warrenton, VA) in Apr 2016
Interview
I got there dressed up and fifteen minutes early. I had to wait a little while for the manager to be ready. Two people interviewed me first, and then asked me to wait. Then the higher manager interviewed me. After that another two people interviewed me. It took a total of maybe a half hour? But they never called afterwards and I didn't get the job.
