I applied online. I interviewed at Chipotle (San Diego, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
In a group setting. The manager was 30 minutes late and looked like she just rolled out of bed. Left a group of us, 4 or 5, waiting. It was pretty unprofessional and she didn't even bother to look put together, which was pretty disappointing.
I was asked to submit a resume and about potential transportation and asked about availability and experience within the interview. It was short and polite with a very laid back appearance.
Professional, well-structured interview with thoughtful questions. Interviewers were respectful, transparent about expectations, and genuinely curious. Process felt organized, welcoming, and aligned with the role’s responsibilities and company culture overall experience.
One interview with manager about experience and it’s relevance to the role
