The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cintas (Maple Grove, MN) in Sept 2010
Interview
I had 3 interviews. One over the phone. The 1 face to face with HR. Then I met with a sales manager. 3 separate interviews. Waste of my time. HR's interview was just preliminary.

Interview
I had an interview scheduled after a recruiter reached out to me. I scheduled the interview and let them know I was looking to relocate. The recruiter didn’t read that part I guess and when I got on the interview I let her know again, she said she doesn’t oversee that region so she will forward my info to that region. My interview was at 3pm, I assumed the other recruiter would email me to set up a time, he called around 4:30 but I was working so I couldn’t pick up. No voicemail, no email, just never heard back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cintas in Apr 2026
Interview
Was headhunted via LinkedIn, went very far into long interview process, then was rejected due to incomplete post-secondary, which they would have known before they headhunted me. Lack of organization and filtering through recruitment, however, fantastically structured company, lots of opportunity for hungry reps.
