I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Apr 2010
Interview
I learned about the position from an advertised email sent to my school account. The first interview was with the HR, the second with the manager. They took one week after the first interview to decide, and on-the-spot offer after the second one. It was solely behavioral questions.
It was a really good interview process that I really liked and enjoyed doing. The first round was very casual and the questions werent challenging in the slightest. It felt low pressure or stress
They asked a mix of behavioral, technical and market questions. Pretty standard interview, no huge curveballs. There were a few brain teasers and mental math questions, no paper pen allowed.
A few rounds of group interview, some with 1 invigilator, some with a panel, and one one-to-one interview. Interviewers appeared stern and not the most friendly, perhaps to give off a sense of seriousness.
