You apply online at firelakejobs.com. They call you pretty quick and set up an interview. You go in, wait, they call you back and ask you a few questions. You go home, then if you get the job they call you back and you begin the orientation process.

Its a pretty basic interview. The managers interviewing you ask you mostly about you and what you are doing with your life and why you want to work there.
