Rather straightforward process, no questions asked outside of the norm, seems relatively straight forward. Ideally more clarification on expectations, companies ideas and values, where the expected growth is and average day to day activities.

Question 1
Question specific scenarios which you had difficulty.
Straight forward. There were 3 rounds of interviews with three hiring staff and also a technical finance homework assignment to complete. It's do-able and enjoyable, if you're into project finance and accounting
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Clēnera in Dec 2024
Interview
The process included an initial phone screening with the recruiter, a video call with members of the team I’d be working with, and a final video call with the General Counsel.
The recruiter was highly communicative and helpful throughout the process, and everyone I interacted with was genuinely kind, intelligent, and passionate about their work.
Although I ultimately declined their offer in favor of another opportunity that better aligned with my career goals, I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking a positive workplace environment and the chance to contribute to the mission of expanding clean energy.
