Hiring manager reached out a couple weeks after I submitted the application. 30 minute zoom interview. Follow up 1 hour in person. Lastly, met with co-founders for an hour. I was treated very well throughout the entire process.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ClearPathGPS (Santa Barbara, CA)

3 Step interview.
One virtual screening with the manager.
One in person follow up with a team lead.
One final virtual interview with the 2 founders.
Everything was great until the final interview, which wasn't bad, but it was just awkward. I think they expected more desperation from me as a candidate, but after I said I was not necessarily in a hurry to make a change but that I loved what their company was doing and completely aligned with my experience, the mood shifted. This was just my honest response to when they asked me why I wanted to leave my company. My mistake!
