Clearco Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer interview questions

Phone interview with talent/HR, then video call with two engineers. It was strange that they didn't have a technical interview process and let a junior engineer attend the interview. The phone screen was great, the tech screen was a system designs architectural review mainly with questions about the candidates background. Not a very good technical review, there's no whiteboard or coding challenge involved.
