3 rounds. 1st is a phone interview with recruiter to go over basic finance knowledge, and information about the company that they provide to you prior. 2nd round was a 3 person panel, and was very difficult. In depth finance questions, along with 2 logic questions designed to see how you operate under pressure. Third round is with senior management.

Say you have a lily pad on a pond on day one, then on day 2 you have 2 pads, and so on and so on. On what day do you jave half as many lily pads as day 20?
You are in a dark room next to a dresser with 12 pairs of gloves in it. Half ar black, half are brown. How many gloves do you need to pull out to guarantee a matches pair?
