Cloudelligent interview questions

The overall interview process at Cloudelligent was good and fairly structured. The communication was smooth, and the scheduling was handled well. However, one thing I noticed was that the first part of the interview was conducted by HR personnel who didn’t seem to have technical knowledge. This made the initial stage feel less relevant to evaluating my skills, though the later stages were more aligned with the role.

Took a video call from this company. Wanted to hire someone for a 6 month contract to hire role for a 7 month project. Did not disclose pay for the role even after I asked what the range was and informing that it was against my state laws not to disclose the range. Interview ended after 9 minutes and was a complete waste of time.
