Interview
1st Round - In person interview with a manager and a research associate at my University.
2nd Round - Consisted of three face-to-face interviews
- 1st with two Research Managers
- 2nd side-by-side with a current Research Associate that involved excel tests and they made me do two sample phone calls on the spot
- 3rd with one of the C-level executives (the easiest)

Describe a time where you tried to do something and failed. How did you handle it?

Extremely lengthy. 4 stages over about 2 months. Panel interview that took 6 hours. One panelist did not show and added another interview stage. Due to length, I found a better offer and declined after finally getting to an offer.

I was asked about recruitment processes. Follow the status quo or define a new SOP?
Basic interview, that lasted one or two instances. Shadowed researcher and made some calls with the interviewer. The whole process was quick and lasted less than a month, average difficulty overall for the process.

The interview was very professional and they really need you to know the role and company inside out they want a background on your experience as well and im not sure what else
