It all started with application. Received a call from HR after few days. He was very nice and facilitating in nature than stumbler! Went really well. Got a call few days later, saying I'll have next round with Hiring Manager and Director. Again, went really well. Finally, the last level with the Head. Again, it was pleasant.

Very kind HR rep in first interview, truly carried out the company values and new a lot about the team and job.
2nd interview was rough, didn’t seemed like they cared to be there interviewing me. Too busy with their work.

Interviewed with HR. Interviewed with team members. Technical and personal questions. Interviewed with director. Very detailed trying to understand my knowledge level and strength. Interviewed with managing principal. Short and simple and to the point. Job offer received shortly after.

In your opinion what would make the control compliant vs non compliant.
Started off smooth. Prompt interviews, straightforward case study. Weeks passed after final round.
I received another offer and withdrew from consideration after accepting a different role.
Coalfire replied to my withdrawal email stating they had chosen another candidate. That left a poor taste in my mouth.
