Exchanged emails, had a phone interview that I felt went really well, drove almost an hour to the location, sat down with the only IT guy there, felt the interview went well there as well, and then his colleague from another department came in, felt very awkward, reviewed my resume and we each said thanks, and then never heard from them again.
