I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Codazen in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied to a listing on my school job boards. They emailed back and were professional and responsive, and sent me a programming test through email to do. The test had both front-end (NodeJS) and back-end (SQL queries) options. I actually chose the back-end one because I was more familiar with SQL, but both would be easy for someone who knew their stuff. I think you had around a week but the test isn't too hard to complete, and you just email them back.
Then had a round of HR interviewing through Skype with lots of intense questions, more than I usually experience during a typical HR interview. Last round is technical interview, which I did on-site. One engineer asked me many questions, and I could ask him a bit about the company in the end.

Question 1
Reverse a string (or something similar), then keep improving runtime of the answer. Should be good at figuring time/space complexity of each step of the problem.
