Interview
Two technical interviews followed by a HR interview and sometime Client interview will be mandatory. Most of the times Cognizant prefer people who are ready to work on onsite. Interview will be very specific to the technologies being used in the project.

Question 1
Where do you want to see yourself in next five years or so..
First there will be a screening round ,most probably a telephonic or video call followed by a Managerial round
Lastly a client round where you will be asked about your day to day contribution in project
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cognizant (Winston-Salem, NC)

Screening from a cognizant employee via a phone/teams call, sometime involving a scenario based coding question or a tell me a time when kind of questions, then a client round interview.
