I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CohnReznick (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2012
Interview
Met representatives (including managers and partner) and submitted my resume at a university meet the firms night. About two weeks later I was invited to a pre-interview social where I got to meet more individuals of the firm in a more personable environment. Received an offer about two weeks later. The firm sponsored an office visit for those who received offers. The office visit included informational sessions, a tour of the office, and a nighttime social at a local brewery/restaurant.

I interviewed at CohnReznick (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
One Hire view ( asked when you'll meet cpa requirements, if you took intermediate accounting, why audit, if you live within a reasonable commute, etc.) and a phone screening, then 2 (30 min interviews). They were nice.
A pleasant interview with two managers of the office I'm applying for. They were casual but informative, and answered my questions well with a good sense of humor. I definitely walked away with a positive exerience.
Did two back to back 30 minute interviews seemed like it went well then I was told I would hear next steps in 3 days and heard nothing they went complete ghost, would have at least appreciated a rejection.
