Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Coles (Hawthorn (Australia)) in May 2019.

Interview

Rigorous process - application, psychometric testing, video interview and then assessment centre.
Assessment centre had group work and then one-on-one interviews, downside to this for me was I was interviewed by two Coles employees who had no knowledge or background in the stream I was applying for. I felt this let me down.
