    I was basically referred by an employee for the job. Initially, I met the grocery manager informally to discuss my prospects and he wanted to see my resume. Then a manager gave me a call after three weeks to attend an interview, then went for a face to face interview with two managers including my manager, on the spot they asked me to sign the papers and was hired.
