    Interview

I've had a group interview at Coles. They were hiring people for the new store.
There were about 100 people, so we were divided to 9 groups. Then we sat around the table. We were doing different things.
Firstly, we introduced ourselves to each other. Then we needed to choose any item from the catalogue and say something about it. The last activity was zombie attack.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Coles (Melbourne (Australia)) in November 2016.

    Interview

I applied online, and a couple days later, I received an email that said I was shortlisted and MAY get an interview. I was called 3 days later (or next business day because I got the email on a Friday, and was called on a Monday) as i was shortlisted again for an interview.

Interview: I got there 10 minutes early in my school uniform as I am a student (my business teacher said to go in it). He took me upstairs to the interview room where I met the interviewee. Went for about 15 minutes, and she seemed surprised that I had photocopied all the needed documents. Except I didn't have a parent Australian citizenship because my parents were born overseas, so she gave me her email and I scanned it and emailed it.

My interview was on a Thursday, I was called on Friday again to tell me I got the job. And then told me the time the induction was to take place.

When they ask if you have any questions, ask about the training process - makes it sound like you're more interested in developing more skills.
