I had two interviews. The first was conducted by the divisional director and his operation director. This was a bit technical. The interview process was smooth and relaxed. It felt like a catch up rather than an interview. The 2nd interview was more about the business 4 principles which is aimed at finding out if you are the right fit for the company and of the company is the right fit for you.

Interview
The interview process was pretty simple. I was interviewed by Ryan and D Humphreys who are some of the coolest Directors you would ever meet.
It honestly didnt feel like an interview, be honest and relax.
