The process was fast. Applied online, contacted for a first phone screening and set another 30 min phone interview.
Then went for an in person interview with three managers.
The HHRR recruiter was very professional and positive. The managers were cordial and nice.
The issue was that I felt it was a "bait and switch" situation because in the last interview, I understood that it was a Call Center position. You have to start in the Call Center for a minimum of 1 year, but they don't pitch it that way... didn't accept offer.
