Comevo interview questions

I completed an initial screening interview for this role. The interaction felt unwelcoming and left the impression that my qualifications weren’t being evaluated fairly. I never received a follow-up or any feedback, only a notification that the position had been filled even though it remains posted online. Unfortunately, experiences like this seem common in today’s job market, where some employers appear to prioritize fit based on appearance or similarity over experience and skill.
