I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Sydney (Australia)) in August 2015.

Interview

The interview was split in two where you would go into a room with roughly 20 people and then you were put into groups of 4-5. From their you would be ask questions in which your group would have to figure out how to answer them and then present your answers in front of the class. It was a very comfortable environment and alot of the people who stood out were the ones who had fun. The questions were not hard you just had to make your answers unique and give reasons.

After the group session was over, the second part was an individual interview with two team leaders. They would ask you normal behavioural and personal questions.

  • Individual: Give me an example of where you have had to deal with a difficult customer   Answer Question
