Compass Senior Program Manager interview questions

I had one phone interview with a recruiter, who could not have been more condescending. She obviously had no interest in interviewing me, and I doubt there was even a position open. She kept emphasizing that the role was for SENIOR program manager, apparently because she thought I was not worthy of such a lofty title. It was a complete waste of my time and I now have zero interest in Compass.
