    Interview

Very laid-back vibe. The recruiter did most of the talking. She was very knowledgable and gave helpful information about the company. She focused on the needs of the client and discussed the schedules most needed for the position.

All I had to do was partake in one task over the phone, and the job was mine.

    Technical Support Advisor Interview

Anonymous Employee in Norcross, GA (US)
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Concentrix (Norcross, GA (US)) in July 2014.

    Interview

Long wait for 2-3 question interview. Highly unorganized. I had already worked for this employer on another contract so my interview was especially brief. The people who knew me were warm and those who didn't were uniformly unpleasant. I had to take a standard call center scenario test which kept freezing up on everyone. The ratio of wasted waiting time to actual progress was 95 to 1.

Pretty rigorous for a B2B interview having both managers in the room at once so both pick up different queues and it turns into a two on one at times. That being said, their not all this way and you’re more than likely to ace your interview with proper preparation.

    Interview Questions

Customer: I’m not interested right now because of the complexity of the product and advanced features.   1 Answer
