Two phone calls with HR. First one was discussing my interest in the company. Second one was mostly behavioral questions. Went into the office once to drop off paper work. Pretty straight forward.

After getting the generic "thanks for applying" e-mail, I received an e-mail from the filtering person in HR. She asked me to fill out a questionnaire by replying to the e-mail but because it was sent from icims, you have to paste her address and replace the non-working one. After that, I was ghosted by them. Apparently, this is a very common situation for this company.

Applied online, theb was sent an interview from the recruiter basically asking when you can start, what experience do you have, what the salary is and if your ok with it, etc. I emailed back per the instructions and didn’t hear back so I called the number on the email. Recruiter that answered was rude and sounded annoyed I called didn’t even say he was with Conduent. He stated he got my email and would get back to me, never heard back.

Mostly wanted to know how much work they can get out of you. I was interested because it was full-time remote. Would say they want to know you can work quickly and efficiently, without much training in their processes.

Planned, timely and process oriented.
I had three rounds , two on domain and functionality fitment and the last on cultural fitment. you might get case studies and situational questions as well based on your past experience.
They don't take much time to finalise the paper work and roll the offer if you are a good fitment.

Poorly set up. Unorganized. Interviewer read standard questions from a sheet and the interview was very one sided. You could tell they already knew who they were hiring and just going through the motions.

The interview process was very disappointing. I applied to the opportunity and received an email from the recruiter a few days later asking for day and time availability and asked to fill out a questionnaire for a phone interview. The recruiter indicated she would contact me with information about the day and time for the interview. I filled out the questionnaire after spending most of my evening constructing my answers and returning the document within the same business day. In addition, I spent a great amount of time tweaking my resume, and constructing a cover letter for this position. Needless to say, I spent a lot of time preparing for this position that truly had my interest as a great career opportunity.

After returning the questionnaire with my answers, I never heard back from the recruiter. I followed back up with the recruiter a couple days later and never received a response.

Truly disappointed in the process and for being left in the dark by the recruiter. It is highly recommended you revisit your policies, the importance of communication and following through when you make commitments.

I would say the process was Pretty fast . A lot of test and several video interviews but everything went well and I didn’t expect the process to be so smooth . Stay positive and make them believe what your saying and you will do great !! Good luck

I applied and 10 min later someone called me from a local number, they said there overseas, and would pay me what i wanted, which seemed strange, then told me I would get paid once a month, I told them once a month is kind of strange, they then told me they would see if I can get paid twice a month and would call back, I got a call within 5min and he said they have decided to pay ever two weeks now, it seems like a scam.

I applied online and then was provided an assessment to take to verify I could handle an entry level position. A week after completing the assessment I was sent an email for 'next steps' with a link to set up an account. The link didn't work so I responded back mentioning I couldn't set up the account due to an error and I did not hear back. Days later I received an email stating I had 13 minutes to call back or I would be removed from the position. I gladly opted out of what is surely a terrible job with a rude and disorganized company. Completely unprofessional.
