      Advertising Graduate Scheme Interview

      18 Aug 2018
      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England)

      Interview

Sat in a room with about 10 other girls, received a short presentation about the organisation and what the role would entail. Then handed a long personality test where there were no right or wrong answers, it just gave them an opportunity to find out if you would fit within the company's morals and values and how you tend to approach your work. Then got called into another room each separately for about 5/10 minutes to answer short questions from the Classified Director, who appeared to be friendly. They let you know if you're through to the second round of interviews usually by the following day.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast

      Interview

Very unique, went to a room with the other candidates, spent most of the time filling in a lengthy questionnaire. The questionnaire asked questions, not related to the role at all. The actual interview itself was 3 minutes.

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Condé Nast (London, England)

      Interview

The interview consists of filling out what can only be described as a personality quiz, then a maximum of five minute chat with the Director of classified. All things that could be done online - it seemed ridiculous to make students from all over the country spend their limited time and money to travel to London for such a preliminary screening.
