Quite easy, The HR process is slow, and it takes a window of 6 months for all the formalities to get processed. Easy to get into, and good people to gel with. Balanced work life.

The process takes quite a fair amount of time, you may definitely land up into another jobs by then. There will be 2-3 rounds of interview followed by HR negotiation.

It was the usual meeting with the Human Resources Director and then the content manager and lead for the team I was being recruited for. It was a standard process.

Interview with the HR followed by an interview with the manager. Communication regarding the location was not clear. Had to travel a few hundred kilometers only to realize a Skype call was enough.

The interview process was an online video interview process through an online medium of communication. The interviewer was very nice and understanding. He asked good relevant questions to the job and gave enough time for me to answer.

I got a call from an external recruiter hired by the company and an interview date was scheduled. There are basically 3 rounds of interview. One with the HR, one with the HOD and last with the Regional Director.

Written test at Chennai CII branch followed by Telephonic interview. Written test has both aptitude and logical questions and after that there is an essay writing as well at the end.The interview round has four panel members where 3 technical person and one HR manager was there.
