Recruiter approached me on LinkedIn. Initial conversations went well and I thought I give it a chance even though I was not really looking. What a waste of time it was. The hiring Manager never showed up to the interview. After spending time talking to all the interviewers they dint even have the decency to get back with a response on a yes or a no. Even if they had come back with an offer, I would have rejected it. Says a lot about the company from initial experience. Extremely disappointing.
