I was contacted by HR via linked in, arranged a first interview with HR where i went through basic info etc.
Second round was with an account director who asked more technical questions about digital etc

Interview
Short hiring process. One interview with the management team and a few e-mail correspondences. Nothing hard. Not much required. It was all very easy. Very friendly conversation, and simple questions.
