Interview
Remote interview, 2-3 parts, asking experience, schedule, why you want to work there why you may do well I would bring up that you are competitive, able to multitask, tedious. easy process overall
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Conversion Monster (Buffalo, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
I had one telephonic interview, an in-person interview, and a final interview telephonically with the Co-owner. During the interview, many skills were discussed, and began to recognize Sales Manager may not be the correct fit for me in Conversion Monster. It was identified during the interview with the Co-founder that becoming the Leadership and Development Manager was a better fit.
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Conversion Monster (Buffalo, NY) in May 2021
Interview
very disorganized, the individual that was in charge of the sales team only had sold RV's prior with no high volume tele sales experience. The job posting on indeed was a way to use bait and switch tactics on possible employees. The job pay and job description/ work from home was a lie.
