Morning interview on a Monday. The front desk worker greeted me, and offered a tea or water. Interview for about a half hour with the office manager. She was friendly, and personable. It seemed like they had a great team and atmosphere.

Interview
I met with Matthew Borland and we discussed my desire to join the Zephyr Team. We met at his office in Pacific Heights. It was more of a discussion than an interview to be honest. Matthew was very straightforward about the expectations of being a Real Estate Agent and what was going to be expected of me in this role.

Matthew asked me what my goals were and what timelines I had in mind for myself. It was a very open and honest discussion about the field of opportunity and what was in store.
