Après un premier entretien téléphonique RH en anglais, j'ai rencontré physiquement trois personnes (opérationnel et direction) en France. Une trame de l'entretien m'a été envoyée par la RH pour préparer ma présentation. Il d'agit d'une présentation générale sur mes expériences et de cas pratiques pour vérifier mes compétences sur le poste souhaité. Excellent suivi par les RH tout au long d'un processus de recrutement rapide et efficace.

The process was a disjointed clown show with poor communication and missed expectations. No clear next steps, conflicting feedback and vague feedback. Comical for a company that claims its a leader in talent management.
