The 3 interviews were all arranged very soon from the time I sent my application and overall the whole process took a very short time. All the interviews were on the phone or via videoconference as I was living in another country.
There was an initial screening with HR and at the end of of it the recruiter was already able to set me up for the next interview, all the schedules were already clear. I had then a second interview with the direct manager and one of the main stakeholders of the role which Criteo was recruiting for. This interview was quite intense in terms of questions and level of details and it was the best way to get an effective mutual understanding of the possible "match" between my profile and the job requirements, from both sides. At the end of this interview I was already anticipated I would have had a third interview shortly and I was explained the format of the interview itself. I was required to build a presentation based on a very high level brief.
I was given enough days to prep and the HR person supporting the whole process was really present and very well organized. THe final interview was very intense as well, as I was presenting to the manager and to one of the most important stakeholders in the business unit I was applying. All the questions I was asked were very relevant and clear. Despite the level of difficulty this final stage required, both the interviewers managed to make me feel at ease and put me in a very comfortable mode.
