Interviewed a first round with the Controller. This was followed by a second round interview with the Manager. Both interviews were 30 minutes and provided a general and detailed overview about the role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Crownpeak (London, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
I was contacted via LinkedIn for a French CSM role that was not publicly advertised, as it was a replacement position. I completed all three interview rounds over the course of two weeks, and was told I would be informed of the final decision.
After hearing nothing for two more weeks, I followed up via email to check whether a decision had been made or if interviews were still ongoing. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the Talent Acquisition representative.
Being ghosted after three rounds of interviews — especially when I hadn’t even applied but was proactively approached — felt incredibly disrespectful. It reflects poorly on the company's communication practices and raises questions about the internal culture they aim to build.

Question 1
How do you prioritise your workload?
Can you describe a challenging customer interaction and how you resolved it?
I had been asked to schedule a time with them and we were able to find a time that worked for my schedule but had asked to have them call me directly as my iPhone had been having trouble with Teams (which they use). Not only did I not receive this call at the time scheduled, I received an automated rejection notice 4 minutes after the scheduled time and then a question from the manager I was to interview with about 8 minutes after that asking if I had received the Teams invite.
I get people are busy, it’s a crazy time but clearly there was a lack of attention to detail on their end. That said, I hope they find the right candidate because if I had to guess, you have an overworked high level leader trying to bring in the help they need - which would alleviate things like this.
