Crunchyroll Manager, Content Strategy interview questions

1st phone interview with a screener, 20 minute basic interview with a nice discussion. 2nd interview was 45 minutes with the head of the department, more of a conversation than an interview - and a really interesting/informative one. Unfortunately, after my 2nd interview that took place at the beginning of September, Crunchyroll has not been in contact with me, even though I was told I would be contacted regardless of the outcome. I have attempted to contact my point of contact, only to be ignored. For a company that is apparently well respected, it is quite disappointing that they, and the parent company (Ellation) treat potential new hires with such disregard. Even if the answer is/was no, I expect, especially after a 2nd interview to have some sort of response/dialogue with the company/point of contact.
