1 OA, 1 final round with 3 rounds, 2 were behaviors. Technical rounds were not really leetcode style, more practical. I thought it was pretty straightforward. The people were very nice too.

How would you describe yourself? Not just on the resume, but as a person.
I had a phone screen with the hiring manager, brief talked about my experience, he asked detailed about my projects and conversation lasted for 30 minutes. A few days later I was told not to move forward to next step.

It has three back to back interviews. One is coding, one is project review, the other one is with manager. I think overall the interviewers are very nice. The questions they asks are fair.
