After online tests, first call lasted about 10 minutes with a HR, with classic interview questions.
Invited to an assessment day in Parma, at the Green Life Center. Group of 8 people. They do an assessment day every week, often on Tuesday.
Introduce yourself using a social page and after 2 Group tests, and after individual interview with an HR.
Interviewed by an HR not present during the morning of tests, a kind person but in my hopinion not able to evaluate anything.
They evaluate your Experience and give zero weight at your results during the tests.
Total waste of time.

2 colloqui nella stessa giornata e poi il nulla per 4 settimane poi e-mail automatica a mio avviso poco professionale per dire che non hanno una posizione idonea (e che senso ha allora il fatto che uno viene contattato dopo l’arrivo del cv?)
