On campus recruiting led to the first interview. The first interview was behavioral and fairly straightforward. For much of the interview we simply went over my resume. I was contacted for a second interview about a month later. I am still waiting to hear back from them, but it was a positive experience overall.

interview with hiring manager on Mechanical engineering fundamentals, basic heat and mass transfer problems, easy interview as long as you know the fundamentals. HR round is also easy covering basic information - pay, location, etc.

It started with a team interview with a mix of HR and technical questions. This was followed by a tour of the facility and its capabilities. It ended up taking about half of the day.
