Interview
The process was informative and direct. They explained your potential responsibilities and requirements for the job title. They reinforce that the job requires weekends. Also it a sales job that requires for you to hit your numbers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you want to change careers and work for a Home Builder
The interview was really more of a conversation with the Sales Manager. It flowed very well and my prior sales experience in real estate really helped. They really were looking for someone who understood the expectations of working in new construction (less flexible schedule to traditional real estate and splitting commission for cross sales in communities you are not typically based out of)

Question 1

With this company it was a fairly simple interview process. It was a very casual and down to earth conversation. Explained company values, mission and goals. Described in depth the organization expectations and objectives.
