D&D Creations is a Mardi Gras costume production company serving greater New Orleans and the surrounding area. The owner and manager conducts a thorough and attentive interview. There is an in-depth meeting to discuss the applicant's background, the demands of the position, and the standards of the company. There is also a bench test to determine if the sewing skills of the applicant are adequate for the position.
